High Performance Spring Season 2026

 

Welcome to our HTC High Performance Program Page:

This training requires an evaluation/tryout in order to be selected to one of our HP or RCC Teams. 

 

What is our Spring High Performance Program?

We are excited to announce our High Performance Program for the Spring!

Here are the details about our HP/RCC Programs;

We will select the following teams to our High Performance Program this Spring;

• U12 HP Team
• U14 RCC Team – 18-20 Players
• U14 HP Team – 18-20 Players
• U16 RCC Team- 18-20 Players
• U16 HP Team – 18-20 Players
• U19 RCC Team – 18-20 Players
• U19 HP Team- 18-20 Players

These teams will be selected from our try-outs. There will be several opportunities for players to be evaluated for our teams.

We will announce the RCC Teams and HP Teams on Friday March 20, 2026. 

Each team will have it’s own training and competition schedule. This will be announced on March 20th. The training schedules will consist of 1-2 practices per week and a team competition opportunities on weekends. This schedule will be announced shortly. Players are expected to attend all practices and competitions in order for us to prepare and excel this Spring. 

What is the difference between the RCC and HP Team?

Our RCC teams will be our top 20 players that will be vying for a spot on our Regional Club Championship Teams. These players will compete in the RCC Tournament that will take place in early June. Our goal is to earn a spot to the National Club Championship Tournament.

Our High Performance Teams will be players that do not want to try-out for the RCC Teams or did not get selected for the RCC teams. These players will be taught the same curriculumn and have a similar training schedule as the RCC players. Each team will practice 1-2 times per week and attend several tournaments.  

 

Next Steps: 

• High Performance Re-Fresher Clinics: all players are welcome to participate.

Players are encouraged to attend these clinics on turf in order to prepare for the HP Try-outs.

The HP Re-fresher Clinics dates are:

• Wednesday March 4 – 6p-7:30p – Starhill, Tolland CT
• Saturday, March 7 – 1:00p-3:00p – Wide World of Sports , Montville CT
• Sunday, March 8 – 6:00p-7:30p – Starhill, Tolland CT

Clinic on the Re-Fresher Clinics you wish to attend!

The fee is $30/clinic. Join us to prepare and get ready for the RCC/HP try-outs! 

 

• High Performance Evaluation/Try-Out: Required for all returning and new athletes who wish to be part of this training program. This is an individual registration separate from the training registration.
• All returning and new athletes interested in being selected to our RCC/High Performance Spring program must attend at least 2 evaluation dates. Players will be required to RSVP at registration to what try-out sessions they will attend. 

Players are encouraged to attend as many try out dates as possible so our coaches can see you play and compete in different situations.

• March 11 – Wednesday – 7:00p-9:00p – Starhill Family Athletic Center – Tolland CT
• March 14 – Saturday – 1:00p-3:00p – Wide World of Indoor Sports – Oakdale CT
• March 15 – Sunday – 6:00p-7:30p – Starhill Family Athletic Center – Tolland CT
• March 16 – Monday – 6:00p-8:00p – Starhill Family Athletic Center – Tolland CT
• March 17 – Tuesday – 6:00p-8:00p – Starhill Family Athletic Center – Tolland CT

How do I know what age group I am in? 

Here’s a breakdown of the updated age classifications for the 2026 club season:

• Under-10 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2015, are eligible.
• Under-12 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2013, are eligible.
• Under-14 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2011, are eligible.
• Under-16 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2009, are eligible.
• Under-19 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2007, are eligible.

HTC Uniform Kit – Required for all RCC and High Performance players

There is a one-time fee to purchase our required HTC Capelli Uniform (white singlet, black singlet, black skirt, white skirt, white socks, black socks). 

All uniform pieces are made to order and take ~3-4 weeks to process, print and ship.
