*Please note that any cancelled practice due to bad weather will not be re-scheduled. Players can make up any cancelled practice by attending another HTC practice site.

Club Membership

Madison Youth Field Hockey will have 4 seasons; Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.

Membership Types

Full Spring Season Membership – $425

Uniforms

All players are required to purchase our practice pinney.

All Goalkeepers can purchase their HTC Goalkeeper Jersey.
